You will find that we are a fun group. We are also a very diverse group. With that in mind, our goal is the protection, and enjoyment of everyone. So, we do have a few basic rules to shich you muste agree for acceptance.

- Respectful Conduct: Members are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment will not be tolerated.
- Intellectual Property: Any content shared within the APR group (including but not limited to photos, videos, text, and ideas) remains the intellectual property of the original creator unless explicitly stated otherwise. By sharing content, you grant APR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the content within the context of APR activities and promotion.
- Privacy: Members should be mindful of the personal information they share within the group. Do not share sensitive information about other members without their explicit consent. APR will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of its members, but cannot be held responsible for information shared by members themselves.
- Group Activities: Participation in APR rides and events is voluntary and at your own risk. Members are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the roadworthiness of their motorcycles. APR and its organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during group activities.
- Photography and Videography: Photos and videos may be taken during APR events. By participating, you consent to the possible use of your image or likeness for APR's non-commercial promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website). If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organizer or photographer.
- Disclaimer: APR is a social group for motorcycle enthusiasts and does not provide professional riding instruction or endorse any specific riding practices. Members are responsible for adhering to all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Modification of Terms: APR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the group after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Termination of Membership: APR reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates these terms and conditions or whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the group.
